OXFORD COMPANY is active in the design, production and distribution of distinguished, high quality clothing. Since its establishment, the company has been focusing on shirts. The company was named after the known “Oxford” fabric, which inspired owners, due to its special weaving and texture. With long-term experience, specialization and a passion for detail, Oxford Company became a dynamic and innovative company, serving classic principles and setting aesthetic standards.

Need

The company was using four different in-house applications to collect and process its data, which led to increased managing cost and extensive information dispersion. The company wanted to deploy a solution integrating all its activities and operations and ensuring optimal coverage of the needs related to its activity and the values it serves, also upgrading its customer experience.

Solution

Oxford Company chose the Galaxy IT system, by Epsilon SingularLogic and specifically the ERP, CRM, Loyalty and Retail subsystems, wishing to cover all sectors of its business activity: retail, production, accounting department, wholesale, warehouse, clientele monitoring and quality system.

In particular, the following were deployed:
• Uniform solution to manage all company operations, from production to the accounting department and its own shops, franchises and the shop
• Integrated monitoring of item distribution
• Real time display of stock in all Sales, Distribution & Production points
• Criteria-based stock replenishment per shop & market trends per item
• E-shop connection to the Galaxy ERP central system
• Creation of a modern and flexible loyalty and rewards system, with multiple Loyalty levels, dynamic redemption scenarios and voucher management.
• Management of marketing actions based on dynamic scenarios in selected groups of customers
• Management of retail sales in shops
• Connection with third party systems, including Supplier ordering systems
• MIS system for detailed reporting on issues related to shops, sales, stock, financial management and all important information for the company’s growth

• Reflection of the clothes’ “life cycle” via reports and statistics generated by the system, leading to correct decision making with regard to elimination or new production or promotional activity
• The company’s e-shop is connected, communicates with and applies business processes used in the main IT system
• The system is connected to third party applications, including Italian application Geox or bank transactions and it operates uninterruptedly, reliably and almost in real time
