In a place that has been designated as a Denomination of Origin for perhaps the most important Greek red variety, AGIORGITIKO, the Palyvos Estate owns one of the two largest vineyards in the Nemea area. Over 300 acres planted mainly with Agiorgitiko but also with Roditis, Malagouzia, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, offer quality wines.
Palivos Estate was looking for an business operations management software, (production process, ordering, invoicing, and integration of entering the Lotify platform of AADE). The solution for Palivos Estate was undertaken by SoftComm, Gold Partner of EPSILON NET Group, proceeding with the installation of PYLON Commercial Hybrid, Accounting, Retail, SFA and Winery.
PYLON Commercial Hybrid implements the production process and the traceability of the final product. In addition, ordering and invoicing are also ensured, together with the monitoring of the entire workflow and the clientele through KPIs and the integrated accounting enables immediate and accurate information of the financial and accounting data.
PYLON Retail Hybrid was customized based on the specific retail needs of the Winery, fully covering the commercial management of the Gift Shop, as well as guest billing for the wine tasting events that take place.
PYLON SFA Hybrid was chosen to fully cover the company’s needs for continuous monitoring as well as the company’s salespeople’s need for continuous information on customers and for immediate order dispatch to ensure continuous workflow.
Finally, Winery is an additional solution built and integrated into PYLON Hybrid by SoftComm, that provides 360° monitoring of wineries and alcohol industries. With Winery the application can and does fully monitor the productions, consumptions, sales of wine based on TARIC & NATIONAL CODE. In addition, all the required Customs’ statements are automatically produced, while the wine VAT monitoring is fully covered. The solution offers full monitoring of manufactured or non-based items, something that is in compliance with AADE’s Lotify platform.
Finally, Winery is an additional solution built and integrated into PYLON Hybrid by SoftComm, that provides 360° monitoring of wineries and alcohol industries. With Winery the application can and does fully monitor the productions, consumptions, sales of wine based on TARIC & NATIONAL CODE. In addition, all the required Customs’ statements are automatically produced, while the wine VAT monitoring is fully covered.
