Amateur Olympiakos CFP is one of the oldest and largest Greek sports clubs, active since 1925. While the soccer and basketball teams became professional, Amateur Olympiakos CFP has been successfully encouraging sports in the following fields: Men’s volleyball, Women’s volleyball, Men’s polo, Women’s polo, Swimming, Track, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Sailing, Ping Pong, Rowing, Wrestling, Canoe Kayak, Tennis, Fencing. Amateur Olympiakos CFP is the first club in Greece to complete a batch member registration program, in order to involve sports fans in its events and it is currently the largest club with over 98,000 members. In addition, the club has launched the “Sports Fan Card”, issued by over 50,000 members.

Need

Amateur Olympiakos CFP sought for a modern Customer Relationships Management (CRM) system, wishing to ensure the following:
• centralized back office monitoring of members and sports fans, with an integrated overview
• optimal management of financial performance
• achievement of top sports fans support services
• excellent interface of the CRM system with the club’s new website and Ticketing system
• planning and promotion of targeted promotional marketing activities
• use of advanced technologies
