FREZYDERM INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL INCORPORATION was established in 1986 to design, produce and trade dermatological products, present them via Medical Presentations to dermatologists and distribute them via the pharmaceutical distribution channel. Given the continuous expansion of its products and the development of new ones, covering even the most specialized medical needs, FREZYDERM established a skin cosmetics Research & Development Department, which cooperated with European Universities in order to study and evaluate the products and exchange information and data on cosmetics.
Today, FREZYDERM is the top company among major multinational companies in the sector of Scientific Information in cosmetics. It has an extended network of 4,500 pharmacies all over Greece and, in addition to the Greek market, its products have successfully penetrated international markets in the Middle East, Canada, the Balkans and Central & Eastern Europe.

Need

Solution

In order to cover the above requirements, FREZYDERM INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL INCORPORATION chose Data Communication (DC) due to its extensive experience in the medicines sector. DC invested on this project and in cooperation with the project team of FREZYDERM, designed and developed FREZYWARD VIP CLUB ™, an integrated Customer Relationships Management and Digital Marketing solution, based on the integrated Cloud CRM solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, in combination with the deployment of a modern communication Portal (https://frezyward.gr/), for member access, on an interface with advanced aesthetics, showcasing the Organization’s corporate identity. The “Frezyward VIP Club” solution was awarded in the BITE Awards, in the ”CRM & Digital Marketing” category (2017).

The following were completed as part of the project:
• Development of CRM entity for complete monitoring of basic and marketing data for Pharmacy Beauticians and Partnering Pharmacies
• Deployment of a mechanism for the calculation of rewards and transaction redemptions according to member participation in subsidized actions and activities
• Development of Web Portal subsystem, utilizing cutting edge technologies (Asp.net MVC, Responsive Web design) withe the following features:
• Knowledge questionnaires management to evaluate members and develop know-how on FREZYDERM products
• Real time updates on FREZYDERM news
• Order receipt and transfer to CRM
• Members updates and personalized access
• Members mobilization using gamification procedures and fair competition enhancement to acquire a higher rank (leaderboard, badges etc.)
• Integration of the Web Portal solution with the CRM for bilateral data exchange
• Data migration for original import of data from Beauticians, Pharmacies, Workshop history etc.
• Overview (360˚) of relationships with system members and planning of targeted communication methods and content promotion
