ICAP Group has 1,100 employees with specialized knowledge and experience, skills and enthusiasm to provide top services to its customers. In addition, the Group has over 2,500 employees in its customer premises, via the Employment Solutions services.
Today, ICAP Group provides a very extensive range of services, grouped in 4 major categories: Credit Risk Services, Marketing and Sales Solutions, Management Consulting and People & Employment Solutions.

Need

Due to the business complexity and its multi-company architecture, the ICAP Group needed a modern, advanced ERP system, which would:
• effectively manage the multitude of financial data and information produced by the Organization in order to cover the need for unified results
• provide extensive data analysis capacities both in corporate and Group level
• provide extensive management reporting capacities for all Group companies

Solution

To cover these needs, the ICAP Group chose Data Communication, based on its extensive experience in project deployment on Microsoft platforms. The Microsoft Dynamics NAV – InnovEra solution was chosen for its top business management capacities and complete harmonization with international and Greek best practices.

The deployment was related with the following subsystems:
• Financial Management
• Commercial Management
• Supply Chain Management
• At the same time, interfaces were developed for various production systems of the Group (Microsoft CRM, Credit Organizer, ΒΙ, Payroll) for its 16 subsidiaries.
With the release of the Dynamics 365 Business Central version, the ICAP Group has utilized the upgraded features of the Dynamics 365 Business Central – InnovEra version.
