myThiki General Partnership is active in the mobile telephony accessories and equipment and house items sector, offering top quality branded products to its customers. The company’s and e-commerce’s growing course during the last few years are reflected and highlighted with its presence in the Greek market with 5 physical stores in Serres, Kavala and Athens and two (2) e-shops.

Need

The need for integrated management of the company’s physical and electronic stores, in combination with the need for instant updates to all points of sales (digital & physical), which were so far based on multiple applications, led myThiki to search for a flexible IT system, covering the needs of interconnection with multiple third party systems and maximum automation of its processes, providing instant updates to all company department.

Solution

myThiki, wishing to modernize its operations and take the next digital step, chose Epsilon SingularLogic and the Galaxy Enterprise Suite solution and HATZITHEODOROU H. GEORGIADIS A. General Partnership – Cluster CIS, an authorized Solution Partner of Epsilon SingularLogic which deployed the project.
A significant factor in the utilization of the new IT system, in addition to user-friendliness and immediate adjustment to the company processes, was its development based on modern technologies, for timely coverage of future needs and the IT system’s capacity for immediate interconnection with multiple third party systems, eCommerce Stores and multiple Courier companies.
