With the promise of offering a unique fashion experience, S. Chionis and CO GENERAL Partnership has been active since 1985, when it opened its first shop in Zakynthos. With constant and non-negotiable focus on branded and top quality products and the provision of advanced services, the company formed strong ties with its customers and this relationship allowed it to develop a network of five (5) shops in Zakynthos, two (2) shops in Lefkada and the xionisstores.com e-shop, offering access to customers from all over Greece.

Need

The company wished to deploy a solution allowing it to enjoy integrated monitoring of its shop network commercial transactions, receive updates of warehouse stock and provide easy and quick distribution of commodities to its shops, updating their available stock.

Solution

S. Chionis and CO GENERAL Partnership, wishing to modernize its operations and take the next digital step, chose Epsilon SingularLogic and the Galaxy solution as well as IT SOLUTION, a Platinum Partner of Epsilon SingularLogic, which deployed the project.
In particular, the company chose the Galaxy Enterprise Suite (ERP) and Galaxy Retail subsystems in order to cover all sectors of its business activity, including retail sales, wholesale sales, clientele monitoring, commodity and customer synchronization and monitoring in real time, as well as connection of suppliers with products and customers.

In addition, an interface between Galaxy Enterprise Suite (ERP) and the company’s e-shop was deployed, in order to automate the exchange of necessary data for the smooth operation of its e-shop in real time.
The myGalaxy view service was chosen as the most suitable to be used by shop sellers, as an easy tool to be configured according to their requirements, granting online access to corporate information.
To fully cover all the company’s needs, custom solutions were deployed in the configuration of commercial policies and triangular sales, the creation of specialized Dashboards and the generation of reports by MIS, for immediate supplier updates, allowing direct replenishment of shortages caused by commodity sales.
