Need

In the framework of its general redesign and optimization of its business processes, Styl. S. Koskinidis Industrial Commercial Incorporation sought for a partner to upgrade its existing operating resources IT system. More specifically, aiming to the complete and timely monitoring of critical parameters for the correct and productive operation of all the company’s departments, Styl. S. Koskinidis Industrial Commercial Incorporation had the following goals:
• Technological upgrade of current Microsoft Dynamics NAV installation, to utilize the extensive features provided by the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 version
• Timely and smooth compliance of the company with the applicable legislative framework (KFAS)
• Monitoring of new product pre-costing process
• Accurate overview of cost per produced unit
• Tracing deviations from the cost of the produced item in comparison to budget elements

In order to cover the above requirements, Styl. S.
